Welcome to Between Worlds Science Fiction.

I created this blog as a place to share my stories and excerpts directly with readers. Some posts will include complete short stories. Others may be scenes, chapters, early drafts, or previews from books I am currently working on.

My writing often explores people who find themselves caught between two worlds. Sometimes that means the past and the future. Sometimes it is the space between science and spirituality, memory and identity, or what we believe and what may actually be true.

I have always loved science fiction because it gives us room to ask difficult questions without pretending we already know the answers. A story can take us to another planet, another time, or another version of reality, while still saying something honest about grief, hope, fear, faith, and what it means to be human.

That is what I hope to share here.

This blog will mostly focus on the stories themselves. From time to time, I may also write about where an idea came from, what inspired a character, or what I am learning as I work on a new project.

Some pieces will be finished. Some may still be taking shape. Either way, I want this to be a place where readers can experience the work as it grows.
